Christmas day 2019 and we aren’t at home because these bushfires are raging through the Blue Mountains. Hanging out with our friends in Hartley, I finally found my creative mojo thinking about the amazing Susan Templeman and Anthony Albanese visiting my studio shop yesterday. Lifted my spirits!
I have wanted to draw Trish Doyle, our State Member of Parliament for the Blue Mountains region, for some time but creatively haven’t felt it – so that visit was terrific. Hanging around on Christmas day with friends, I decided to sit and draw her in Rosie the Riveter style…

Fabric Care Instructions:
Machine wash cool on a gentle/delicate setting, using phosphate-free detergent. Machine dry on a low temperature setting. Iron on the reverse side of the fabric. Dry clean if preferred.
