International tariffs
Customers will pay any tariffs, duties or fees in their country when parcels are shipped internationally. These will be payable by you when your order arrives into your country.
We ship to one address per order
Your order is shipped to one street address only. If you require part of your order shipped elsewhere, please make two separate orders. The less updating of orders at our end means less chance of human error.
Yes, a street address!
It is up to the customer to ensure they have the correct address on check out. We request street address (no PO Boxes) as some deliveries will come via our manufacturers' courier. If you choose a PO Box address on checkout, you may not receive your goods. No refund for lost/packages that cannot be delivered if you choose a PO Box on checkout where our manufacturers' couriers cannot deliver.

Return to sender
If your parcel is returned to us (due to no pickup etc), we incur a return fee by Australia Post. To resend it back out to you will be our flat rate shipping charge plus the additional cost we incurred. Thank you for understanding.
How often do we post?
Since the closure of Australia Post in Mt Victoria Sept 2024, we no longer have the convenience of a post office next door. We aim for despatch every 1-3 days. We cannot guarantee Express Post (and don't offer it at this point). Thank you for your patience on this.
Items via our studio or manufacturers
Some items will come directly to you via our manufacturers like t shirts, totes, leggings, shoes, blankets, rugs, bags and mugs. These will be shipped separately to items that stocked in our studio shop via their chosen courier. You will get a customer note regarding this sent out automatically via your email. To ensure you recieve notifications, add our email address to your address book / make sure you check your spam folder.
Items via our studio are usually wrapped in tissue paper. Sometimes there might be pricing labels on the products as we offer instore purchasing as well as online. Please open your parcel before giving to recipient to check this.
Not everything is housed at Mount Vic and Me and we make to order/drop-ship some items including:
Totes (allow 4 weeks delivery)
Leggings, jackets and hawaiian shirts (allow 4 weeks delivery)
Shoes (allow 4 weeks delivery)
Mugs (allow 10 working days delivery)
Bags (allow 4 weeks delivery)
T shirts (allow 10 working days delivery)
Rugs and Blankets (allow 4 weeks delivery)
N.B. 4 weeks = 30 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays that may play into delivery time). 10 days = 10 working days.
Guarantee via our manufacturers
Please ensure you check your full order has arrived and any items sent directly via our suppliers are received within 31 working days. Items not received/missing after 31 working days cannot be guaranteed for replacement by our suppliers. We thank you for your support on this matter.
