All communication with you is directly from our website. You need to have our email address in your address book so that order updates come directly to your inbox via email.

Sent via our studio

Greeting cards, tea towels, socks, jewellery and our retro goodies. Please allow at least 10 working days before contacting us regarding your order. All orders are sent via
Australia Post with tracking which has been emailed to you.

Sent via manufacturers

Items generally sent via our manufacturers: shoes, t shirts, rugs, backpacks, fabrics, blankets, leggings. Where items are manufactured elsewhere, these will be sent directly to you via manufacturer’s courier. You may get your order split into multiple packages in this case. Please allow the allocated time listed on each item (usually 28 working days).

From May 2024, we have moved from Wordpress to Shopify. Some of the links to products will be different. Please use the search icon on this site to find the product you are interested in. Alternatively, send us an email if you are stuck. We are happy to find it for you!

Prefer to pick an item up?

Just email us what goodies you'd like and we'll put together an invoice for you so you won't be charged postage. Please note we do not hold items so invoice will need to be paid to secure your goodies.

We ship to the US via our website but would love to explore international orders further. Please contact us with your enquiry. We did look at Amazon but have decided to handle all sales via our website at this point.

Head to ‘VISIT US’ here on our website to find out when we are next open or check the pinned post at the top of Facebook or Google. We usually update our socials every week too to let customers know when to come visit the studio shop.

And yes, sometimes if you see us inside packing orders you can come in and shop. Just knock but please don’t be offended if we say no (safety first! Might be boxes lying around).
