Reviews:
“This book is a great visual introduction to insects (and some other arthropods) for anybody from a toddler to an older adult (that has not been pondering them much before). The very large pages have wonderful photos and are filled with interesting factoids. I am currently using the book with my 3 and 5 year olds which are continuously fascinated by the content. One can open the book to any page and become intrigued by the encounter. Each 2 pages cover a separate taxon (e.g. ants and wasps on a 2 page combo; beetles on the next 2 pages etc). The book will keep a mind new to insects busy for quite a while. We initially got it from the local library, but it was such a great success so I bought it for my kids (and myself). It is one of those books that is ageless and will be used throughout the years as insects and their relatives are talked about in the family or in school. Adults will also appreciate the information in the book. Highly recommended!” – Amazon review
