1980s Georges of Sydney bolero style jacket. This has a metal trim around collar and edges, gold metal buttons down the front. The fabric is like a dark floral with shot metallic thread, shoulder pads and lined. It's everything!
I can see this with tuxedo pairs, retro pumps and a great hat.
