We ship Australia-wide for one flat fee

Regular post service using parcel bags and boxes are flat rate $9.90 AUD. We use the Ready To Ship automated system which talks directly to Australia Post for all our parcels. Some of our manufacturers will require someone at home to sign for the parcel – so ensure you have the correct address so that you are available during office hours to receive your parcel.

Express post If you really need something via Express Post, please contact us before ordering to discuss. (Additional charges required for Express Post).


If you are an international customer, please contact us on getting a quote for postage. Please note we do not ship to the UK due to tax/VAT reasons.

We ship to New Zealand for a flat rate of $20 and to selected countries for a flat rate of $25 AUD.

Customs & Duties

As some countries may require customs clearance and duties to be paid we take no responsibility for any delays associated with this process or for payment of any duties, fees or taxes required in order to release goods. Please contact your local customs office for further information relating to your country before purchasing from Mount Vic and Me.

Where is local pick up?

At present, we have stopped local pick up as an option on check out due to volume of orders. If you’d like to pick up locally, please contact us to discuss first. 🙂

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are usually shipped within 1-3 working days. You should receive an automatic email in response to your order. You’ll receive another once your order is processed with tracking number. Please hang on to that tracking number, or better still if you create an account on our website, you will be able to find your tracking number quite easily.

Delays with delivery

As shipping is handled by Australia Post, we personally cannot guarantee a delivery date. You are best to leave at least 10 days (Australia-wide) for expected delivery window to ensure your parcel is delivered within an expected time schedule. International post has been tracking up to 3-4 weeks.

Sending a gift

Please note one delivery address per order – if you are sending a gift to someone and ordering items for yourself, please be sure to make two orders with different delivery addresses. Once your order and payment is received, I can write your message into the gift tag, wrap up your special gift and post directly to the lucky recipient!

Please note: where products are sent directly via our manufacturers, you might want to let your gift recipient know that ‘something special is coming’ in this case as warehouse cannot put personal messages with parcels.
