Afterpay is a fab way to pay over 4 x fortnightly payments – great for Christmas shopping and bigger occasions. Please note: There is a minimum spend requirement of $100 for Afterpay orders. Afterpay is for online orders only and is not available instore.

Items via our studio or manufacturers
Some items will come directly to you via our fabulous manufacturers like t shirts, totes, leggings, shoes and mugs. These will be shipped separately any other items that we stock in the studio shop. You will get a ‘customer note’ via your order on our website. To be sure you get our notifications, add our email address to your address book and make sure you check your spam folder.

Not everything is housed at Mount Vic and Me and we ‘make to order’ some items including:

Items via manufacturer – pricing variation
As some of our made to order items come from overseas, and due to the fluctuation of the exchange rate, we reserve the right to update RRP and wholesale pricing accordingly. Wholesale orders: These items are non refundable/returnable due to the made to order nature.
Items not received by our suppliers
Please ensure you check your full order has arrived and any items sent directly via our suppliers are received within 30 days. Items not received/missing after 30 days cannot be guaranteed for replacement by our suppliers. We thank you for your support on this matter.
Please be aware, colours may vary slightly according to your device and the lighting in your space.
We send a little treat with orders via our online store. Where your order might be sent directly via our manufacturer (where product is not in stock here) unfortunately you won’t receive a treat with your order.
Should we need to contact you we will do so via our online ordering system. You will receive a customer note this way. To be sure you get our notifications, make sure you check your spam folder and add our email to your address book.
Pre-orders and back-orders
Please note if you purchase something ‘pre-order’ that means it’s not yet here in store. But by purchasing a pre-order, you are guaranteeing that item in your order as many items sell out before they arrive at our studio.
If you purchase an item on ‘back-order’ that means that it’s currently out of stock and we are waiting to receive it.
When your order has ‘pre-order’ and/or ‘back-order’ items, the whole order will be held off from shipping til that item/s arrive in our studio. You can request the other items be sent ahead but that will incur a further postage charge. You won’t be updated on the status of your order til we receive the products in. With courier and postage expected delivery dates being out of sorts with COVID, we appreciate your patience on this.

Ready to check out?
IMPORTANT: Double-check all details before completing your order! Your order cannot be edited once you complete check out.
Due to our integrated shipping carrier, your order automatically moves across to them and addressing details, order notes or gift message required cannot be amended.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have the correct address and postcode listed on order at checkout. Failure to provide correct details could mean items could be returned to sender. To resend out will be additional postage cost for the customer. Some of our manufacturers will require someone at home to sign for the parcel – so ensure you have the correct address so that you are available during office hours to receive your parcel.
We use Australia Post but where items are being shipped via our manufacturer, we may contact you to get a street address as they use courier services. Couriers are not able to deliver to Australia Post PO Boxes, so we may contact you to clarify your address.
Import duties and charges
With some of our overseas manufacturers, if the order is to the value of $1000 AUD or above, then further tax and duties may apply to be paid by the customer. Should you want to do a large order, please contact us first to get a quote on further charges.
Using coupons is easy! On checkout be sure to include your coupon for the featured discount. Please remember, if you do forget to use the coupon we cannot fulfill the discounted price after purchase.
Please note you cannot use Welcome coupon for e-gift cards.
Having a retail space and online shop can occasionally mean we have out of stock products to what is shown online. We apologise if this does happen! We can usually get you product you desire within 2-3 weeks of purchase. Otherwise feel free to choose another item of the same value or we will refund you. If you choose to wait for stock (out of stock but coming in soon), additional post will be required.
