'Peanut Brittle has always been a childhood favourite of mine. I remember Mum would bring it home often when she visited the markets. After a little tweaking, I had a recipe that was better than any Peanut Brittle I had ever tasted and I knew I'd found something special. The brittle sat alongside the biscuits and brownies for a while but it wasn't really getting its chance to shine, even though everyone who tried it said it was the best they'd ever had. Through 2024 and into 2025 I realised the brittle was what people loved most, so I made the call to go all in on it. We officially changed the name from Bob's Biscuits to Bob's Brittle and transitioned everything to our new name and website. Now with 4 flavours as of 2026, we are working hard to grow and expand, with my family officially coming on board to keep up with demand.' - Bob

Peanut: The original Bob's recipe: copper-pot toffee loaded with roasted peanuts and finished with flaky salt for a clean, buttery snap. It is our best seller and the pouch regulars reorder by the handful. Sugar, Peanuts (41.5%), Unsalted Butter (Milk), Glucose Syrup, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate (500).
Hazelnut and wattleseed: Roasted hazelnuts folded through dark, treacly toffee with native Australian wattleseed for a roasted-coffee edge. Our newest flavour, and the one to try if you like your brittle a little grown up. Sugar, Hazelnuts (41%), Unsalted Butter (Milk), Glucose Syrup, Wattleseed (1.2%), Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate (500).
Almond and smoked sea salt: Sliced almonds layered thick over golden brittle, then finished with Australian smoked sea salt flakes. Sweet, savoury and smoky — the flavour customers most often come back for by the four pack. Sugar, Almonds (41.5%), Unsalted Butter (Milk), Glucose Syrup, Australian Smoked Sea Salt Flakes (0.9%), Sodium Bicarbonate (500).
Macadamia nut: Buttery Australian macadamias set in pale golden toffee. It is the creamiest, richest brittle we cook and the softest snap of the range, which makes it a favourite gift pouch. Sugar, Macadamias (41.5%), Unsalted Butter (Milk), Glucose Syrup, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate (500).
