'This is a jaw-droppingly beautiful book and although I imagine many of the projects will remain beyond me, there is SO much information in here and the ideas are infinitely adaptable. Each project is broken down into stages, with ample illustrations and endless tips, so it's useful for avid cup-cakers and cake icers, even if you don't want to do the exact projects in the book. If I had a criticism, it'd be that I think a spray gun (not cheap!) is probably essential to get the absolute wow-factor, but I'm happy with what I can achieve with a bit of dusting powder and a dry brush. I also haven't dared to make the ganache she uses instead of buttercream for ordinary cakes, because of the cost, but I would certailnly use it for an important cake like a wedding.' - Amazon review
