AGREEMENT TO SELL
Mount Vic and Me products are for sale within your store and your store’s website. Mount Vic and Me products are NOT to be sold on online platforms like Etsy, Facebook marketplace, Gumtree or Ebay.

We respond as quickly as possible to customer requests. Usual business hours are Mon-Fri 9-5pm and excludes public holidays. The best way to contact is via email so it can be managed quickly for you. Texts outside of business hours will be responded to during office hours. Thank you for your understanding.
EXCLUSIVITY
Please note we do not offer exclusivity at this point. Where a region or town might be small, we may check what stock you’d prefer to see if another stockists would like other MVAM goodies to sell. If two businesses within the same town are of a different nature, we do not mind offering our Australian made goods to both businesses.
LOGGING IN TO YOUR WHOLESALE ACCOUNT
Once your wholesale application has been accepted, we will set up a wholesale login on this website for you where you will automatically see wholesale pricing.
On checkout you will be charged flat rate wholesale postage unless you buy above the minimum limit, where you will be charged free postage. Please note, if you don’t meet the minimum threshold of $150, then you will see rrp pricing at checkout.
Be sure to use your wholesale USERNAME and password when logging in. If you aren’t sure how to do this, please contact us.
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Minimum wholesale order is $150 (+ GST and post additionally).
NOT TECH-SAVVY?
We know business gets busy, so if logging in and ordering is too much right now, we are able to create an invoice for you and update stock via our website instead. This is a minimal fee of $15 (+GST). Please contact us for more information.
ONLINE ORDERING
Wholesale orders are completed online by logging in with your wholesale username and password. Please note we do not accept orders via text or email. This keeps our stock control better updated and we thank you for helping us with this.
PAYMENT
100% payment is to be made before we ship goods to you. Any promotional vouchers and Afterpay are not applicable for wholesale orders. We accept direct debit payments, Stripe and Paypal. Payment via Paypal attracts 3% surcharge fee. Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 working days after payment.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders are available for stock coming up soon but not yet in stock. This is a great way to secure stock before it arrives so you don’t miss out. If you pre-order items and don’t want to wait for the order to arrive (ie. want the other goods sent in the meantime), additional postage charges will apply. We are happy to discuss on ordering.
REGULAR ORDERING
We aim to keep our stockists happy and are always looking for new and quirky stores, so if you haven’t ordered for 2 months we may delete your wholesale account to offer another stockist an opportunity.
SHIPPING
Free post for wholesale orders of $450 Australia-wide (to one delivery address only). Otherwise post Australia-wide is $20 flat fee.
Your order will be shipped via regular Parcel Post by Australia Post. Additional postage charges apply should you require Express Post. Please double-check we can ship via Express Post first by contacting us before ordering as we may not be able to get it to you by next day delivery.

Please note for wholesale orders that our cushions come as covers only. We recommend IKEA’s FJÄDRAR feather down cushion insert 50 x 50cm. With delivery around $15 Aus-wide making these great value when buying bulk.

Looking for a fun way to showcase your region?
My travel and map designs of different regions, villages and suburbs are very popular! The designs come in greeting cards, tea towels and mugs. I’m always keen to create new destinations so if you are looking for something unique to sell in your region, please contact me.
Since the bushfires hit us here in Mount Victoria in late 2019, I have been developing map tea towels for different regions to reinvigorate tourism. Then Coronavirus hit and we were busy shooing the tourists away. It’s all a little frustrating but it’s inspired me to create maps for different much-loved regions to celebrate our home towns, remember places we cherish and remind ourselves how beautiful Australia truly is.
